Andre Palanca, Chairman of the Board The Chairman of the Board is Mr. ANDRE P. PALANCA, an AB Economics, ATENEO DE MANILA 1977 graduate. The Chairman has presided over the growth of the company during the last fourteen years. At present, he takes an active part in formulating the policies and guidelines of the company.
Atty. Rodolfo L. Jocson, Jr. The Managing Director of the company is Atty. RODOLFO L. JOCSON, JR., CSP, a graduate of the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, COLLEGE OF LAW, 1981 who is in charge of the overall management of the company. Atty. JOCSON at the same time presides over the company’s push towards professionalization, expanded clientele, modernization and innovation. He is also a Member of Philippine Society for Industrial Security, Inc.
Handling the financial Department is GILBERTO Z. FERNANDEZ graduate of PHILIPPINE SCHOOL IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION Bachelor of Science in Business Administration 1974, Major in Accounting. He has extensive experience in finance considering that he worked for Filipino Merchant’s Insurance Co., Inc., Ortigas & Company, Limited partnership, and ALPHA MSO of Southern California, USA.

The Operations Manager is MR. FAUSTO T. TIROL a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry 1977 and MBA 1994 at AQUINAS UNIVERSITY and UNIVERSITY OF STO.TOMAS respectively. Mr. Tirol has extensive experience in operations having been an officer of ABCD Security and Investigation Agency.
The military consultant for PRO-GUARD is Brigadier General FRANCISCO N. PAREDES of the Philippine Army (retired). Vice Chairman of Philippine Army Finance Center of 2008.
